TOUR RESERVATION FORM
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance must be purchased immediately after you make a deposit on any trip or immediately after you purchase airline tickets. Curated Escapes is not responsible should something occur to one of our guests choosing to travel without travel insurance. Please reference our Travel Insurance page on the website for further details and resources.
A $600 deposit is required to reserve a space. (You will have the option to submit the deposit at the end of the form below.) Final payment is due 75 days before the tour start date.
We accept all payments via PayPal, through which you can use Visa, Mastercard or Discover. You will receive an invoice for the remaining payment, and you are responsible for submitting the payment 75 days before departure date; if you fail to submit this payment, your deposit and reservation will be forfeit. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
All deposits and final payments are non-refundable. In the event of a tour cancellation by Curated Escapes, all payments are refundable.
All tour prices are in US$. Additional costs may apply for special requests such as single supplement costs, additional hotel stays for early arrivals or late departures, optional tours, etc.
